RBA is a full-service creative advertising agency, based in Dallas, Texas. We work closely with leading brands that span across a variety of industries and global markets.

Job Description:
As an intern at RBA you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, full-service agency environment. Graphic Design interns will work closely with a Creative Director and collaborate with creative teams (social media and video production) to concept, design, and create campaigns for social media, digital platforms, print media, etc. The ideal Graphic Design intern should have a passion for developing great concepts. The Graphic Design intern will be expected to have a working knowledge of industry-standard platforms within the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are a must, experience with other applications is a plus).

Qualifications:

 

– A working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign are required. 

– Experience with Adobe AfterEffects and Lightroom is preferred, though not required.

– A background in advertising or marketing communications is a plus.

– The ability to effectively communicate with team members throughout designs, edits, and revisions.

– The ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.

– Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Job Description:

As a digital media intern at RBA you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, full-service agency environment.This position will work with and support the digital marketing department.

 

Opportunities include but are not limited to:

 

– Assisting in managing social media accounts

– Assisting in community engagement on social media with the industry’s best tools

– Writing social media posts, blog posts, and ad copy

– Conducting research on industry trends

– Curating and/or creating content 

– Assisting in the creation of client analytic reports

 

Qualifications:

 

– Knowledge of social media platforms and their uses

– Familiarity with Google Workspaces (G-Suite) and tools, primarily Slides, Sheets, and Docs

– Major in marketing/advertising or another related field

– A keen eye for design

RBA is a full-service branding and advertising agency based in Dallas, Texas. We work closely with challenger brands — brands whose ambition outpaces their budgets and they have the passion to tackle their competitors.

The Role 

We’re looking for a smart, driven, and creative junior-level Art Director with 2-5 years of agency experience to help deliver groundbreaking ideas, collaborate with a team of creatives and our clients, and contribute heavily to the creative process at RBA. This includes our three main areas of work: branding and design, advertising (both digital and traditional), and video + photography production.

Art Directors are integral members of our agency, contributing to our creative department and collaborating closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Video Producers, and Account Executives to concept, develop, and create. High-concept individuals with a penchant for design and all things cool, who also have great communication skills, are ideal candidates for this job. The Art Director must be a standout idea generator and problem solver with excellent organizational, and graphic design skills.

Qualifications

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical degree in Art/Design and 2-5 years of experience in Art Direction/Graphic Design in an advertising or marketing capacity, or a relevant combination of education or experience.
  • Exceptional conceptual and design skills
  • Ability to develop a wide range of creative concepts and mediums — branding, print ads, outdoor, point-of-sale, brochures, collateral, packaging, landing pages, websites, email, photography, and video.
  • A master of layouts and the elements making up layouts – type, illustration and/or photography, paper, ink, etc.
  • Comfortable doing layouts and concepts for direct and promotional marketing, advertising and digital
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively and to generate innovative ideas
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and coworkers
  • Ability to respond professionally to direction, constructive critique, and client feedback
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
