Industrial development isn’t usually seen as the “sexiest” part of real estate development. We thought this project was plenty “sexy”, as we saw is as the opportunity to redefine a category of real estate. When you’re building a spec development this large, with this amount of money invested, it’s important to make yourself stand out from the crowd. The team at Transwestern and Ridge Development chose RBA to create the brand based on our deep knowledge of the commercial real estate, as well as our creative team’s reputation for building brands that resonate with B2B customers.
