Multifamily living has been booming all across the country during the most recent commercial real estate cycle. RBA was selected by Chicago-based AHC Funds to do naming and branding in Dallas for a group of townhome rental developments in the Henderson corridor. While the townhomes are similar in finish out, they are non-contiguous with units all located within a few blocks of one another. Our challenge was to create a unifying name and brand that would tell the entire story. Thus, The Collection was born.
