Multifamily living has been booming all across the country during the most recent commercial real estate cycle. RBA was selected by Chicago-based AHC Funds to do naming and branding in Dallas for a group of townhome developments in the Henderson corridor. While the townhomes are similar in finish out and demographics, they are all located a few blocks from one another. However, our strategy was to create a unifying name and brand that would tell the entire story. Thus, The Collection was born.

The Collection provides the experience of home ownership without the commitment. These are finished with custom cabinetry, high-end Bosch and Samsung appliances, and real hardwood floors. In order to showcase the true luxury, we created a multifamily brand that was minimalist, exclusive, and utilized conceptual lifestyle imagery to set the tone for what residents could expect from The Collection.
